I ordered from georgjensen.com and the actual item was really nice, no complaints there. But the packaging was disappointing. The outer box was thin and turned up dented, and the gift box inside had scuffed-looking corners, which was a shame. I know packaging isn’t everything, but when something is meant to be a gift, it makes a difference. Kind of like when you bake a decent cake and then drop it slightly taking it out of the tin, still fine, but not quite the same.

For the price, I expected it to arrive looking a lot more polished and presentable. Customer service was okay, so it wasn’t a total nightmare, but it was still annoying to have to deal with that when I’d bought it as a gift. I’ve had cheaper things arrive in better shape, weirdly enough. I’d probably think twice before ordering again, unless I wasn’t planning to give it to someone straight from the box...

The tracking worked fine too, so that part was easy to follow. The only small thing was the dispatch email came a bit late, so at first I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But yeah, overall I’m happy with how fast the delivery was.

I had a bracelet engraved it came out even better than I was expecting. The lettering looks super clean and really even, and the whole thing just feels nicely done. I’m really happy with it!

They had PayPal available, which I always take as a good sign, maybe just because it makes the checkout feel a bit more legit. The whole payment process was straightforward, so I figured they had their stuff together.

The repair itself was done really nicely. It came back clean, looked properly fixed, and there was no extra charge, which I definitely appreciated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the wait was kinda longer than I expected, and I would’ve liked a few more updates along the way. Overall though, I’m happy with how they handled it...

I ordered this bracelet and wasn’t sure how the size would work out, but it ended up fitting really nicely. It’s not too tight and not sliding around either. The sizing info on the site helped a lot with that whole thing, so I’m glad I checked it first.

You can tell it’s really well-made as soon as you pick it up. The craftsmanship feels solid and it looks great too. Only thing is it’s a bit pricey, but it does feel like good quailty

They had most of what I needed, which was great, but ONE item was out and I acted like my whole shopping plan had collapsed. Overall, usually well stocked though.

I only bought a small piece, but it still has a nice weight to it and seems like it’ll hold up for a long time. I did take off one star because the price feels a little on the high side, though the quality does make it a bit easier to justify.
